Topgolf Networking Event and Volunteer Event for the USO
Enjoy networking with conference attendees while working on your golf swing! Whether you’re a golf pro or have never held a golf club, Topgolf is fun for all. This year’s pre-conference networking event will also serve as the volunteer event. Attendees will put together care packages for military service members as part of the USO Care Package Program and host airport’s USO location.
Welcome Event at Sullenberger Aviation Museum
Kick off SEC-AAAE 2025 at the newly opened Sullenberger Aviation Museum on the campus at CLT Airport. Immersive storytelling, interactive exhibits and 40+ iconic aircraft displays will be available to all who attend, including a reimagined exhibition featuring US Airways Flight 1549 (better known as the 'Miracle on the Hudson') that was successfully landed on New York’s Hudson River in 2009 by the museum namesake, Captain Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger.
Young Professionals Networking Event at Heist Barrel Arts
If you’re newer in your career and under the age of 40, please join fellow Young Professionals at Heist Barrel Arts, known for its Belgian and German style brews, hazy ales and delicious pub food.
