The 2027 SEC-AAAE Annual Conference will take place at the Hilton Pensacola Beach, our official host hotel. Additional room blocks are available at the neighboring Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach and Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach Gulf Front.
All three beachfront hotels are located directly beside one another and are connected through their shared pool-deck and beachfront areas, allowing attendees to easily move between properties and conference activities.

Conference room blocks are available for a limited time and are subject to availability. Attendees are encouraged to reserve accommodations early using the official booking links below. The deadline to book accommodations with our room block rate is February 24, 2027.

Located immediately next door to the Hilton, the Hampton Inn provides convenient beachfront accommodations just a short walk from all conference activities. Guest amenities include complimentary hot breakfast and Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, a fitness center and direct beach access. Lunch on the first official day of the conference will take place here.
