Reserve your room at either the Host Hotel – Sheraton Birmingham or the adjoined Westin Birmingham
Two is better than one! And when they are connected and are both convenient to all conference meetings and activities, either choice is a good one! Conference rates apply to both hotels while still available. In other words, reserve early so you can get the $135 per night rate.
When you check into the Birmingham Sheraton Hotel, you can expect star-studded service and completely renovated and spacious guest rooms. The Sheraton is the Host Hotel for the conference and is where you’ll find registration, the Exhibit area and the meeting and ballrooms.
The Westin Birmingham is connected to the Host Hotel by a skywalk. These hotels are centrally located near the city’s downtown district, a short distance from world-class attractions, nightlife, and fabulous restaurants.

Block room rates are $135 per night plus current rates for taxes and fees.

Check-In/Checkout
The hotel check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Guaranteed Rules
At the time of booking, guests will be asked to provide a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Guests will be asked for a credit card upon check in and the card will be authorized for the entire stay plus $75 incidental hold, which will be released 3-5 business days after check-out.
Parking Accommodations & Daily Rates
Guests will park in the 22nd street parking garage. Please see attached file for a complex map. It is labeled as the P5 Lot. Overnight parking is $28 per day in the garage and Valet parking is $38 (these can be charged to the room at check in). Daily parking for guests not staying on property is $20 per day.
Smoking Policy
Both hotels are Smoke Free. However, the hotels have smoking areas just outside of the entrances.
